EFICAS project in Lao PDR

EFICAS is abbreviation of Eco Friendly Intensifiaction and Climate resilient Agricultural Systems project. The EFICAS Project is funded by the European Union Global Climate Change Alliance and the Agence Française de Développement over a three years period 2014-2017 in Lao PDR.
