The CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) is organizing the Joint CCAFS South Asia-Southeast Asia Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam during 21-22 November 2017. The workshop theme is “Climate-Smart Agriculture in Asia: Beyond pilot evaluations and models”. Participants are representatives from national research institutions in the regions and also from NGOs and ACIAR centers involved in the CCAFS program.

The cover of the book CSA: Climate-smart practices in Vietnam

One of the highlights of the workshop is the launching of the book titled CSA: Thực hành nông nghiệp thông minh với khí hậu ở Việt Nam (CSA: Climate-smart practices in Vietnam). This book aims to provide basic information to researchers, local decision-makers, technicians and extension officers at different levels on what CSA practices and technologies can be upscaled in different contexts in Vietnam.
